Our Code of Conduct: Playing by the rules

Our culture and values are founded on trust between us, our employees, and our suppliers. We live by our championship values each day as we conduct business. Just as a basketball game has rules, General Mills provides a Code of Conduct to each employee clearly defining our expectations and the rules of our game. This ensures that we play fairly and in accordance with all regulations.
In order for our Code of Conduct to be successful, we continually:
- Communicate the Code to our employees through posters, meetings, and other relevant events
- Train our employees regarding the content in the Code, and provide scenarios for them to test their understanding of how we do business
- Hold our employees accountable to the agreements made when signing the Code
- Act swiftly when the Code is violated to protect the integrity of our culture and the relationships with our stakeholders
